APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We schedule our services by appointment so that we can best serve your family.

  • A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

  • After you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll send an e-mail to confirm your booking.

  • A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card may be pre-authorized for a small amount to verify the card and secure your booking. This is not a charge and will automatically release depending on your bank's processing time.

  • We kindly ask for at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 4 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Services not canceled according to the cancellation policy will be charged as stated above.

  • Refund and Return policies may vary by location. Please contact your local salon for specific details.

  • Please be prompt to your appointment time in order for us to have the full duration that your service needs and the quality haircut you deserve! We want to be respectful of your reserved time as well as the next guest’s appointment.

  • Families that arrive late to their appointment may forfeit their appointment and be charged according to the cancellation policy.
